I placed an order for my nephew's birthday gift, and it got confirmed on April 20th. Here I am, on August 24th, still waiting for a piece of the order (just one game).

I placed my order on April 13th, and it’s still showing as 'being picked'. Total garbage, a huge letdown for the three-year-old who's eagerly waiting for her gift. Definitely NOT recommended!

I frequently place orders from Belgium since I prefer UK versions of my games over the local editions that come with 2 to 5 languages. Shop4be consistently comes through for me. Their selection is fantastic, and while their prices can be a bit all over the place at times, they’re generally pretty good.

Shipping is free, and I’ve never had any of my packages stuck in customs. Just a heads up, though: since Brexit and Covid, shipping has slowed down a tad. But that’s not on them; they always dispatch the same day you place your order. For example, I ordered a game on Thursday, April 14th, with free delivery, and it didn’t show up until the morning of April 26th. I’m cool with the wait; a 7-day working timeframe is impressive to me, especially for no charge. So hang tight, they won’t let you down.

I’ve noticed the live chat feature doesn’t seem to be working anymore. Maybe that’s just me using a VPN? There’s still a phone number (I haven’t given that a shot) and a contact form, but responses can be a bit slow. Usually, my orders go so smoothly that I haven’t had to reach out much. I’ve never received a damaged item (they use solid cardboard envelopes) and I’ve never lost a package.

The only hiccups I’ve encountered over the years were one time when I received a game from a different region (they refunded both the game and return shipping, and now they clearly state on the site if a game is not UK region) and once when they had to cancel an order (that was the publisher’s fault) and I had to remind them to refund the gift voucher I used.

So keep up the great work, Shop4be. I’m one satisfied customer.

I never got my package, which was meant to show up between September 30 and October 6. Still waiting on it! The status just says it's dispatched and hasn't changed.

I placed an order for two PS5 games, but only one showed up. Trying to reach them by phone or chat has been a total bust; neither option seems to work after weeks of trying and countless attempts. I even shot off three emails, but not a single one got answered. To me, it feels like they owe me for the game that never made it to my doorstep. Until I hear back from them, I feel like they’ve taken over €60 from me! They’re either totally clueless or just out to scam folks.
